It is crucial to verify your shipping address, including apartment number when placing your order. we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages, or items stuck in transit - those matters must be addressed directly with the courier.

In the event that your order is returned to us due to a error (such as incorrect address or failed delivery attempts) you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with re-sending the package

1. Production & Shipping Timeline

Pre-order items require additional processing time.

Estimated production + shipping time: 3–4 weeks

The timeframe begins from the date your order is placed.

Shipping confirmation will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to production schedules, material availability, or carrier delays.

2. Orders Containing Pre-Order Items

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship once all items are ready.

If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, please place separate orders (additional shipping fees may apply).

3. Payment

Full payment is required at checkout to secure your pre-order item. Production will not begin until payment is received.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Because pre-order items are made specifically for you:

  • Orders may only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After this window, cancellations may not be possible.

Please ensure your sizing, shipping address, and order details are correct before completing your purchase.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Pre-order items follow our standard return policy unless otherwise stated. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Certain limited or exclusive drops may be marked as final sale, which will be clearly noted on the product page.

6. Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to manufacturing, customs, or shipping carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we will communicate any significant delays.
